Amenities include a private pool and beach, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, ball field and playground. During the summer season boats can be rented. The lake is stocked with fish periodically. (PA license is required). Currently there is a catch and release rule in effect. Private boats are allowed on the lake, as long as they are not gas powered and are registered at the Teepee Office.

Adjacent to the lake and pool is the Community Center. Here various recreational activities take place, such as Halloween parties for the children, Easter egg hunts, Memorial Day and Fourth of July celebrations, teen activities, flea markets, and many other events.
